The Spiggle Law Firm is looking for a part-time Consultations Attorney to provide legal consultations to prospective clients — no litigation, no billables, and fully remote. Compensation: $40 per consultation. Work Environment: This position is fully remote. However, attorneys are welcome to use our office space as needed Position Status: While this is currently a part-time role, there is the possibility it could evolve into a full-time position. Candidates should have significant calendar availability. The Ideal Fit As a Consultations Attorney, you’ll be the first legal guide for individuals seeking help with workplace issues. Your ability to assess, inform, and support is central to their decision-making process.

- Communicates clearly, compassionately, and efficiently during consultations
- Manages time well and is comfortable working independently
Qualifications
- The successful candidate must be admitted to the New York Bar. Admissions in Virginia, Maryland, and DC are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of employment law experience
- Strong client counseling skills and the ability to quickly evaluate legal claims
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
