Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented individual to join our Creative Production Innovation Management team in Hong Kong as an Entry‑Level Data Entry & Program Management Associate. This role sits at the intersection of data operations, product discovery, and cross‑functional program coordination. You will support senior program managers in translating strategic ideas into actionable project plans, ensuring that new product concepts move smoothly from ideation through execution. While the title emphasizes data entry, the position offers exposure to complex, technical initiatives that drive the next generation of arenaflex’s content recommendation and user‑engagement features.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately capture, validate, and maintain large volumes of product‑related data in internal tracking systems, ensuring data integrity for downstream analysis.
  • Assist senior program managers in breaking down high‑level product ideas into detailed workstreams, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Conduct feasibility and effort‑estimation studies for new feature concepts, collaborating with engineering, design, and analytics teams to assess technical viability and cost.
  • Serve as a liaison between product managers, engineering leads, and design stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Track project milestones, risks, and dependencies using arenaflex’s project‑management tools, providing regular status updates to leadership.
  • Identify emerging trends, user‑behavior insights, and performance gaps across the product portfolio, recommending opportunities for enhancement.
  • Support the creation of business cases, ROI analyses, and stakeholder presentations that articulate the value of proposed innovations.
  • Participate in cross‑functional workshops, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, contributing ideas and documenting outcomes for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of program artifacts, including roadmaps, feature specifications, and release notes, ensuring accessibility for future reference.
  • Proactively anticipate challenges related to timelines, resource allocation, and scope changes, proposing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience in program coordination, project administration, or data‑entry roles within a technology‑focused environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into clear, actionable project plans.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in data validation, quality assurance, and basic statistical analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven track record of influencing cross‑functional teams and securing stakeholder buy‑in.
  • Proficiency in project‑management software (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Trello) and data‑management tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, SQL basics).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin is a strong advantage given the Hong Kong location.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience working within a product‑development or agile framework, especially in media, entertainment, or SaaS companies.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies, user‑research techniques, and data‑driven product decision‑making.
  • Exposure to budgeting, resource planning, and financial tracking for multi‑project portfolios.
  • Demonstrated curiosity about emerging entertainment technologies such as interactive storytelling, AI‑driven recommendations, and immersive media.

Core Skills & Competencies

  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to dissect complex problems, identify root causes, and propose data‑backed solutions.
  • Organizational Excellence: Mastery of tracking multiple workstreams, deadlines, and deliverables without losing sight of the big picture.
  • Collaboration & Influence: Comfortable working with engineers, designers, marketers, and senior leadership, fostering a culture of open communication.
  • Adaptability: Quick to adjust priorities in response to shifting business needs, market trends, or technical constraints.
  • Customer‑Centric Mindset: Passion for understanding user behavior and translating insights into product improvements that enhance the arenaflex experience.
  • Technical Literacy: Basic understanding of software development cycles, APIs, and data pipelines to effectively converse with technical teams.
  • Integrity & Confidentiality: Commitment to handling sensitive product and business data with the highest level of discretion.

  • Structured learning paths covering agile project management, data analytics, and product strategy.
  • Opportunities to rotate across different product domains (e.g., recommendation algorithms, UI/UX design, content acquisition) to broaden your skill set.
  • Attendance at internal hackathons, innovation days, and industry conferences to stay ahead of emerging trends.
  • Clear promotion pathways toward roles such as Program Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst within arenaflex’s global product organization.
