Position Overview

  • Policy & Procedure Mastery: Stay up‑to‑date with evolving healthcare regulations, internal policies, and product enhancements to serve as a knowledgeable resource for members.
  • Collaboration & Escalation: Partner with cross‑functional teams—including claims, billing, and clinical support—to resolve complex inquiries and facilitate seamless member journeys.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute ideas to refine processes, improve scripts, and enhance the overall member experience based on frontline insights.

Essential Qualifications
