As a Pre-Licensed Representative at arenaflex, you will serve as the eyes and ears for our client support teams, fielding customer inquiries and discovering innovative ways to resolve them. What We Are Looking For: Essential Qualifications

  • Customer Service Experience: A minimum of six months of customer service experience in any professional setting.
  • Age Requirement: Must be over 18 years of age.
  • Typing Speed: Ability to type at least 25 words per minute.
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent GED required.
  • Technical Comfort: Comfortable navigating desktop computer systems and using standard office software.
  • Communication Skills: Proven oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly, empathetically, and professionally.
