Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Customer Care Specialist I – Account Services to join our dynamic, remote call‑center team. Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Answer inbound calls, chats, and emails with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions‑focused mindset.
  • Needs Assessment: Listen actively to uncover customer needs, then recommend appropriate arenaflex products and services for residential and business environments.
  • Billing & Claims: Adjust billing issues, negotiate claims, and coordinate product substitutions or returns while maintaining compliance with company policies.
  • Goal Achievement: Meet and exceed metrics in the three core pillars – Serving, Solving, and Selling – to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up‑to‑date on arenaflex Communications and arenaflex Business offerings, including emerging smart‑home and clean‑tech solutions.
  • Customer Ownership: Take full responsibility for each interaction, following through until the customer’s issue is resolved and they feel valued.
  • Internal Collaboration: Provide timely support to internal sales representatives, sharing insights that help improve product positioning and sales strategies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing training, share best practices, and contribute ideas that enhance the overall customer journey.

Essential Qualifications
