Build a Meaningful Career in Healthcare Client Services with arenaflex

Are you a detail-oriented professional who thrives at the intersection of customer support, data accuracy, and healthcare operations? arenaflex is looking for a dedicated and personable Client Relationship Analyst – 340B Program Specialist to join our growing remote-friendly team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for valued clients while helping them navigate the complexities of the 340B Drug Pricing Program—a federally regulated initiative that enables eligible healthcare providers to stretch scarce resources and serve more patients in need.

Operating at the heart of arenaflex's client success operation, you will combine your analytical mindset, communication skills, and customer-first attitude to deliver outstanding service, maintain meticulous records, and uncover opportunities for continuous program improvement. If you are passionate about making a tangible difference in healthcare access and enjoy working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, this is the opportunity you've been waiting for.

About arenaflex and the 340B Program

arenaflex is a forward-thinking healthcare services organization that partners with pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, and covered entities across the United States to optimize the 340B Drug Pricing Program. We are proud to operate within an integrated healthcare ecosystem that brings together retail pharmacy, clinical care, and digital innovation under one unified mission: to create happier lives through better health. Our team is committed to supporting underserved communities, reducing medication costs, and helping providers deliver equitable care to the patients who need it most.

The 340B program, administered by the U.S. Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), allows eligible organizations to purchase outpatient drugs at significantly reduced prices. Compliance, accuracy, and proactive client support are critical to the program's success. At arenaflex, we take that responsibility seriously, and we are looking for talented professionals who share our commitment to excellence and patient impact.
