How you’ll make an impact in this role Lead strategic portfolio planning and prioritization across Growth Marketing & Digital Experience (GMDx), aligning departmental goals, investments, dependencies, and execution plans. Establish and mature the Portfolio & Program Management Office (PPMO), including governance, intake, prioritization, reporting standards, and scalable operating processes. Partner with Finance, Strategy, IT, and business leaders to support annual planning, CapEx and OpEx management, forecasting, and operational decision-making. Advance organizational effectiveness through standardized portfolio tooling, planning cadences, executive reporting, and connected ways of working across GMDx teams. Build and develop a high-performing team and program management community through coaching, capability development, Agile/SAFe, waterfall practices, and continuous operations improvement initiatives. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: None Required. Education: High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
