Marketing Campaign Coordinator (Remote, Part-time) Our client is seeking an individual with marketing campaign coordination experience to help optimize their sales pipeline. This individual would need experience with sales operations and exposure to Customer Relationship Management. This role will focus on enhancing the organization's ability to identify, target and engage a broad range of corporate decision-makers as well as improve current lead generation methods, CRM management and data integrity. Location: Remote Type: Contract/Consulting Start: June 2026 Position Responsibilities:

  • Research potential host organizations using advanced search tools and databases.
  • Identify new contacts, update existing records and ensure data integrity
  • Manage CRM campaigns, including segmentation strategies, workflow automation and tracking mechanisms.
  • Develop and maintain Excel models/advanced spreadsheets to analyze recruitment metrics and track pipeline health.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of recruitment data to identify patterns, bottlenecks, and opportunities.
  • Maintain CRM system hygiene in collaboration with the CRM team to ensure compliance with data management best practices. Qualifications:
  • Exposure to sales operations, marketing operations, or business operations roles in order to manage databases and maintain data integrity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and data validation.
  • Exposure to, or interest to learn, CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), including campaign management and report building.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to derive insights from data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Coursework in business analytics, data management, business operations, environmental studies, or related fields is recommended.
