Key Responsibilities

  • Client Interaction: Greet customers with professionalism, actively listen to their concerns, and provide tailored recommendations that align with arenaflex’s product portfolio.
  • Data Entry & Analysis: Accurately capture, validate, and process client data, ensuring that all entries meet strict quality standards and compliance requirements.
  • Threat Intelligence Support: Leverage your knowledge of cyber‑threat intelligence (CTI) to interpret alerts, correlate incidents, and produce concise reports for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Collaboration with Security Teams: Act as a liaison between customers and arenaflex’s broader security operations, facilitating seamless communication and rapid incident response.
  • Product Knowledge & Demonstrations: Maintain deep familiarity with arenaflex’s security solutions, conduct product demos, and articulate value propositions that resonate with diverse client segments.
  • Transaction Management: Process payments, manage invoices, and handle financial transactions with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Environment Maintenance: Keep the virtual workspace organized, ensuring that documentation, dashboards, and knowledge bases are up‑to‑date.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify process gaps, propose enhancements, and contribute to the evolution of arenaflex’s customer service workflows.
  • Compliance & Security: Adhere to all internal security policies, data protection regulations, and industry standards, including handling Top Secret/ Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) where required.

Essential Qualifications

  • Postgraduate degree (Master’s or higher) in Computer Science, Information Security, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a CTI‑focused role, preferably within a client‑facing environment.
  • Hands‑on experience with CTI platforms and tools across the Detect, Protect, Respond, and Recover lifecycle.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both senior leadership and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain a US Government Top Secret/ Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) clearance, including the ability to pass a polygraph.
  • Proficiency in data entry, analysis, and reporting, with a strong eye for detail and accuracy.

  • Experience in operationalizing strategic CTI within a live environment, supporting detection, analysis, and response capabilities.
  • Deep understanding of CTI methodologies, threat modeling, and incident response frameworks.
  • Ability to synthesize raw sensor data, incident response logs, and external feeds into actionable intelligence briefings.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of delivering clear, concise briefings to varied audiences.
  • Strong problem‑solving aptitude—capable of tackling ambiguous challenges, designing repeatable processes, and influencing cross‑functional partners.
  • Demonstrated teamwork in fast‑paced, dynamic settings, thriving under pressure while maintaining composure.
  • Familiarity with industry‑standard security tools (e.g., SIEM, SOAR, threat intel platforms) and scripting languages for data manipulation.
