  • Assist pharmacy technicians and pharmacists with prescription processing, including data entry, refill verification, and medication inventory management.
  • Handle cash, refunds, voids, discounts, and exchanges in accordance with company policies and procedural guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized virtual workspace, ensuring all documentation and electronic records are up‑to‑date.
  • Perform routine inventory tasks such as receiving, stocking, and reconciling medication shipments, and report discrepancies promptly.
  • Support compliance initiatives by reporting medication errors, adhering to quality improvement programs, and following arenaflex’s standard operating procedures.
  • Process external program claims and manual pharmacy cases efficiently, ensuring timely resolution and accurate documentation.
  • Participate in ongoing training programs, including certification maintenance (e.g., PTCB) and continuing education to stay current with pharmacy best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including store operations, logistics, and customer support—to resolve complex issues and improve overall service delivery.
  • Contribute to special projects, promotional setups, and seasonal merchandising initiatives as directed by management.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field (e.g., health administration, business, or life sciences).
  • Strong proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English.
  • Demonstrated ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet business needs.

  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential health information in compliance with HIPAA and other privacy regulations.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
  • Positive attitude, proactive problem‑solving mindset, and a genuine desire to help customers improve their health outcomes.
