As a Senior Analyst – Content & Brand Insights, you will be a catalyst for change, helping arenaflex understand evolving viewer habits, content performance, and brand health. Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Lead end‑to‑end execution of both qualitative and quantitative research studies, including logistics, stimulus handling, script development, and data collection.
  • Data Analysis & Visualization: Conduct statistical analysis, create compelling visualizations, and distill complex findings into clear, executive‑level presentations.
  • Insight Generation: Translate research outcomes into strategic recommendations that inform content development, programming schedules, marketing campaigns, and brand positioning.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams—such as Content Development, Marketing, Strategy, and Product—as well as external research vendors to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Ad‑Hoc Research Support: Respond to urgent business questions by designing rapid‑turn studies, synthesizing secondary research, and delivering concise briefs.
  • Brand Health Tracking: Monitor and report on brand perception, audience sentiment, and competitive benchmarks for flagship properties.
  • Innovation & Thought Leadership: Identify emerging trends in media consumption, propose new research methodologies, and champion best practices within the insights function.

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of hands‑on experience conducting primary research (qualitative and quantitative) in a media, entertainment, advertising, or brand consultancy environment.
  • Demonstrated project management expertise, with a track record of delivering complex studies on time and within budget.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to present findings confidently to senior leadership.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive, self‑starting attitude.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and a solid understanding of statistical concepts.
  • Passion for entertainment content and a curiosity about how audiences engage with stories across platforms.
