About arenaflex

arenaflex is a leading global airline and travel services provider that has been redefining the passenger experience for decades. With a commitment to innovation, safety, and sustainability, arenaflex operates a sophisticated network of routes, digital platforms, and data‑driven services that connect millions of travelers every day. Our technology teams are at the heart of this transformation, building the tools that turn raw data into actionable insights, personalize journeys, and keep our operations running smoothly. As part of arenaflex, you will join a forward‑thinking community that values curiosity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Why This Role Matters

The Customer Data Platform (CDP) is the single source of truth for every interaction a traveler has with arenaflex—from booking and check‑in to in‑flight services and post‑flight feedback. As the CDP Product Leader, you will own the strategic vision, technical execution, and day‑to‑day stewardship of the real‑time CDP built on Adobe Experience Platform. Your work will directly influence how marketing, product, and operations teams personalize offers, streamline processes, and drive revenue growth. In short, you will help arenaflex keep climbing higher by turning data into meaningful, customer‑centric experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Platform Ownership: Manage and maintain the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Real‑Time CDP to meet evolving business requirements across the enterprise.
  • Development & Configuration: Lead new feature development, configuration changes, and ongoing enhancements, ensuring the platform scales with arenaflex’s growth.
  • Technical Guidance: Provide expert technical advice to internal teams on segment building, data modeling, and best practices for CDP utilization.
  • Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve technical problems quickly, coordinating with IT, Adobe Support, and consulting partners to implement robust solutions.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with IT, marketing, product, and analytics teams to align platform capabilities with strategic initiatives.
  • Best‑Practice Advocacy: Stay current on industry trends, Adobe updates, and data governance standards; disseminate knowledge through documentation and training.
  • Audit & Optimization: Conduct daily health checks and audits to ensure optimal platform performance, data quality, and compliance.
  • Education & Enablement: Design and deliver training programs that empower non‑technical stakeholders to leverage the CDP effectively.
  • Vendor Management: Work closely with Adobe consultants and third‑party partners to prioritize product enhancements and negotiate workarounds.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands‑on experience with technical data manipulation, marketing technology, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated expertise with Adobe Experience Platform or a comparable CDP solution.
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities; proven track record of troubleshooting complex technical issues.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data quality, governance, and actionable insights.
  • Commitment to safety, data privacy, and compliance standards.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
  • U.S. work authorization and at least 18 years of age.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline.
  • Experience with other CDP platforms such as Salesforce Customer 360, Segment, or similar solutions.
  • Successful track record of designing and implementing complex enterprise‑wide data architectures.
  • Deep knowledge of data governance, privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and best practices for data stewardship.
  • Background in large‑scale e‑commerce or digital travel environments, especially with a focus on customer journey optimization.
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and API integrations.

Core Skills & Competencies

  • Technical Acumen: Proficiency in data modeling, ETL processes, and real‑time streaming architectures.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to align platform capabilities with broader business objectives and market trends.
  • Collaboration: Strong team player who can build relationships across diverse functional groups.
  • Communication: Clear, concise, and persuasive communication style for both written documentation and live presentations.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable navigating a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment while maintaining focus on quality.
  • Leadership: Experience leading training initiatives and mentoring junior team members.

  • Comprehensive health suite: medical, dental, vision, short‑ and long‑term disability, and wellness programs.
