Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding, courteous service to members and healthcare providers across multiple channels (phone, email, chat).
  • Assess and resolve both basic and complex inquiries, ranging from eligibility questions to detailed benefit explanations.
  • Educate customers on arenaflex’s product portfolio, enrollment processes, and available resources.
  • Maintain precise, up‑to‑date records in the CRM system, ensuring compliance with privacy and data‑security standards.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including claims, enrollment, and IT—to expedite resolutions and improve service workflows.
  • Identify trends in customer feedback and proactively suggest enhancements to policies, training, or technology.
  • Participate in scheduled early‑morning, evening, and weekend shifts to provide continuous coverage for our nationwide member base.
  • Adhere to arenaflex’s quality assurance protocols, meeting or exceeding established service level agreements (SLAs).

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Health Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1‑2 years of customer service experience, preferably within a healthcare or insurance environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating multiple software platforms, including CRM tools, ticketing systems, and basic Microsoft Office applications.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrated ability to convey complex information clearly and empathetically, both verbally and in writing.
  • Problem‑Solving Ability: Strong analytical mindset with a track record of diagnosing issues and delivering timely, effective solutions.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Skills

  • Familiarity with healthcare terminology, insurance plans, and provider networks.
