Our Claims Coordination Team is the backbone of the end‑to‑end claims lifecycle. The Remote Customer Service & Data Entry Representative you will become is essential for maintaining data integrity, accelerating claim processing, and delivering a seamless experience to our clients and their customers. By entering accurate claim information, following up on missing documentation, and generating critical reports, you directly influence the speed and quality of claim resolutions, ultimately supporting arenaflex’s reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform high‑volume data entry of claim details into arenaflex’s proprietary claims management system with a focus on accuracy and speed.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of invoices, receipts, and supporting documentation to verify completeness and compliance with internal policies.
  • Proactively reach out to claimants, providers, and internal stakeholders to obtain missing information, ensuring each claim moves forward without unnecessary delays.
  • Generate, format, and distribute regular reports that summarize claim status, processing times, and financial metrics for management review.
  • Collaborate closely with the Claims Coordination Team, providing administrative support such as scheduling, document filing, and internal communications.
  • Maintain confidentiality and data security standards in accordance with HIPAA, GDPR, and arenaflex’s internal policies.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions, webinars, and quality‑assurance initiatives to continuously improve performance.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend enhancements to reduce manual effort and increase automation.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in business administration, health information management, or related fields is a plus.
  • Experience: 6 months to 1 year of professional experience in a customer service, data entry, or administrative role, preferably within insurance, healthcare, or financial services.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), comfortable navigating web‑based applications, and able to learn arenaflex’s claims platform quickly.
  • Typing Ability: Minimum 40 words per minute with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to spot inconsistencies, correct errors, and maintain data integrity.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey information clearly and courteously to internal and external parties.
  • Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years old, possess unrestricted work authorization in the United States, and be willing to undergo a background investigation.

  • Experience with claims processing software or customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Familiarity with insurance terminology, medical billing codes, or healthcare documentation.
