  • Assist in the preparation and cleansing of source documents, removing irrelevant content and standardizing formats before entry.
  • Adhere strictly to arenaflex’s data security policies, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with industry regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
  • Maintain organized digital filing systems, tagging and indexing records for easy retrieval and future reference.
  • Provide timely support to internal stakeholders, answering queries about data status, completeness, and accuracy.

  • Exceptional typing speed (70+ wpm) with an accuracy rate of 98% or higher.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation).
  • Familiarity with data entry software, CRM platforms, or ERP systems; experience with arenaflex’s proprietary tools is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical mindset, capable of spotting patterns, inconsistencies, and outliers quickly.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while also thriving in collaborative team environments.
  • Clear, professional communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information securely.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
  • Experience with data cleansing tools (e.g., OpenRefine, Trifacta) or scripting languages such as Python for basic automation.
  • Knowledge of database concepts (SQL basics, relational tables) and ability to run simple queries.
  • Previous exposure to industry‑specific data standards (e.g., HL7 for healthcare, ISO 20022 for finance).
  • Certification in data privacy (CIPP/US, CIPP/EU) or information security (CompTIA Security+).

Core Competencies for Success

  • Attention to Detail: Ability to spot even the smallest errors and correct them before they propagate.
  • Time Management: Efficiently juggle high‑volume workloads while maintaining quality standards.
  • Problem‑Solving: Proactively identify root causes of data issues and recommend corrective actions.
  • Adaptability: Quickly learn new software platforms and adjust to evolving data entry processes.
