As a Remote Part‑Time Data Entry Analyst, you will be a crucial member of the arenaflex Digital and Travel Operations Analytics (DTOA) team. Your work will directly influence how guests experience our parks, resorts, and digital platforms, ensuring that every interaction is informed by accurate, timely, and insightful data. Key Responsibilities

Performance Analytics & Forecasting

  • Conduct forecasting, ad‑hoc modeling, and deep‑dive analysis to guide business decisions that improve guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Analyze agent performance metrics, proactively identify areas needing further investigation, and own end‑to‑end analytical projects.
  • Design and maintain dashboards and visualizations that translate complex data sets into compelling stories for stakeholders.
  • Present findings, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership and cross‑functional partners with confidence and clarity.
  • Build, maintain, audit, and continuously optimize reports and data pipelines that power multiple internal tools.
  • Manage critical data assets under tight deadlines, ensuring accuracy and reliability for business‑critical processes.

Measurement & Analytics Execution

  • Leverage a variety of reporting platforms and databases (Tableau, Snowflake, Hadoop, Dataiku, Excel, etc.) to conduct behavior analyses and sustain reporting solutions.
  • Oversee data quality and integrity, implementing rigorous validation checks to guarantee trustworthy results.
  • Collaborate with business partners, product owners, and technical teams to answer high‑impact business questions with quantitative rigor.
  • Apply modern analytical techniques—such as hypothesis testing, regression modeling, and machine learning basics—to extract actionable insights.
  • Stay current with emerging data‑technology trends, sharing best practices and innovative ideas with the broader analytics community.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 2+ years of professional experience in forecasting, analytics, or a related quantitative field (internship experience does not count).
  • Hands‑on experience with time‑series forecasting methods and statistical modeling techniques.
  • Proficiency in Python, including libraries such as pandas, NumPy, and scikit‑learn.
  • Demonstrated curiosity to uncover the “Why” behind performance trends and business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; ability to translate technical findings into business‑friendly language.
  • Passion for thriving in ambiguous, dynamic settings while maintaining a high standard of data integrity.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Solid foundation in statistical inference and the ability to apply statistical rigor to real‑world problems.
  • Experience with data‑visualization best practices and tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Advanced SQL skills, including complex joins, window functions, and performance tuning.
  • Graduate degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or 4+ years of proven analytics experience.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics).
