Key Responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end design and delivery of notification‑based product features, from concept through launch, ensuring they align with arenaflex’s strategic growth objectives.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional partners—including product managers, data scientists, engineers (Android, iOS, Web, TV UI), and design teams—to define problem spaces, set success metrics, and iterate on solutions.
• Design, prototype, and test user‑facing experiences using A/B testing frameworks, translating quantitative results into actionable design refinements.
• Develop and maintain reusable UI components, design systems, and templated email architectures that enable rapid scaling across multiple channels.

Essential Qualifications
