Why This Role Matters

As the Senior Diversity, Inclusion & Accessibility Lead for arenaflex’s external games portfolio, you will be the strategic architect and champion of D&I initiatives that shape every stage of game development—from concept to launch. Your work will ensure that arenaflex’s games are not only entertaining but also welcoming to players of all backgrounds, abilities, and identities. This is a unique opportunity to influence an industry‑defining product line, collaborate with world‑class creators, and drive meaningful change across the global gaming community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Advocacy: Inspire and guide cross‑functional teams—including producers, product managers, engineers, and creative leads—to embed D&I principles into every decision point of the game development lifecycle.
  • Program Management: Launch and oversee flagship D&I programs, workshops, and mentorship initiatives that elevate underrepresented talent and foster inclusive design thinking.
  • Collaboration with Partners: Build strong relationships with external development studios, ensuring they adopt arenaflex’s accessibility standards and inclusive design frameworks.

  • Operational Excellence: Manage day‑to‑day project execution using structured methodologies, tracking milestones, budgets, and key performance indicators to guarantee timely delivery of D&I objectives.
  • Team Development: Lead a small, high‑performing team of project managers and producers focused on accessibility, providing mentorship, performance feedback, and career growth pathways.
  • Impact Measurement: Develop robust metrics and reporting mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of D&I initiatives, presenting insights to senior leadership and refining strategies based on data‑driven outcomes.

Essential Qualifications
