Federal Express Corporation is seeking an Account Manager to join their dynamic sales team. The role involves maintaining and strengthening customer relationships with small and medium-sized customers, achieving sales goals, and collaborating with internal teams to provide exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Maintains existing business by developing an understanding of the customer’s business and supply chain through research and customer interaction, analyzing customer needs and developing and implementing solutions
- Coordinates and collaborates with internal teams, such as sales counterparts and operations as well as other internal partners like to provide a seamless and outstanding customer experience
- Regularly engages with customers to ensure customer understanding of service offerings and to maximize customer utilization of products and services
- Performs other duties as assigned

- Bachelor's degree/equivalent OR Four (4) years of business-to-business sales experience OR one (1) year of the Company's business-to-business sales experience required
