[Remote] Business Development Representative
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. White Label Storage is a premier self-storage management company looking to expand their product offerings with a new software solution for self-storage operators. They are seeking a high-output Business Development Representative focused on outbound sales to identify prospects, generate conversations, and create a strong pipeline of opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound outreach across (primarily) phone, email, LinkedIn, and SMS
- Build repeatable sequences and playbooks to consistently generate new conversations
- Qualify prospects by uncovering their goals, pain points, and readiness to adopt a better solution through pre-call research and conversation
- Confidently explain our software offering and guide prospects toward a demo
- Schedule high-quality demos that convert into new customers
- Maintain strong CRM hygiene with clear notes, activity tracking, and pipeline management
- Follow up relentlessly and tactically to ensure no warm prospect falls through the cracks
- Build relationships with storage owners, operators, and investors through thoughtful, value-driven communication
Skills
- 1-2+ years of BDR/SDR experience in B2B (software, SaaS, marketing tech, or services preferred)
- Track record of hitting or exceeding outbound quotas, both daily and monthly
- Fearless on the phone. You don't hesitate to call owners and decision makers
- Strong written communication with a direct, confident tone
- Disciplined, organized, and committed to activity and follow-through
- Competitive, hungry, and motivated by performance metrics
- Quick learner -> able to understand and articulate a new product clearly
- Experience selling to small business owners, franchises, or operators
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
- Comfort navigating conversations with sophisticated, analytical buyers
- Background in digital services, marketing, or property technology
