Field Sales Representative
Imperative Logistics’ Mission Critical division is a leader in high stakes logistics serving various industries. They are seeking a Field Sales Representative to manage a geographic territory, focusing on client engagement and territory strategy in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow a defined territory through field prospecting, phone outreach, networking, referrals, and ongoing client engagement, including in person visits, calls, emails, and relationship building activities
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from initial outreach through long-term account expansion
- Develop a deep understanding of client operations and logistics needs to effectively position Imperative’s solutions
- Use data, tools, and market insights to strategically plan daily activities and maximize territory performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support and long-term success
- Represent Imperative professionally and consistently with a customer first mindset in all interactions

- Strong organization, time management, and follow through

- Valid Driver's License within the state territory
- CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is preferred but not required, training is available
- Previous sales or customer facing experience is desired but not required; we're committed to training motivated candidates
