Recruiting Coordinator - $30-$35/hr - DC

Beacon Hill is a leading staffing solutions provider, and they are seeking a recruiting coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis. The role involves providing administrative support to the recruiting team, managing candidate communications, and assisting with various recruiting tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the staff recruiting team
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and manage candidate communications throughout the process
  • Liaise with external recruiting partners and search firms
  • Draft and prepare offer letters and related documentation
  • Assist with candidate tracking and recruiting data management
  • Support sourcing efforts, including LinkedIn research and candidate outreach as needed
  • Contribute to team projects and provide general administrative support

Skills

  • Prior recruiting coordination or administrative experience required
  • Experience with scheduling and candidate communication
  • Strong communication skills and professional presence
  • Comfortable handling administrative tasks and supporting recruiting efforts
  • Ability to work independently in a professional environment
  • Law firm experience strongly preferred
  • LinkedIn sourcing or recruiting experience preferred
