Call Center Representative – Customer Service (Healthcare)
MY DR NOW is Arizona’s largest privately owned primary care group, offering a variety of services to patients of all ages. They are seeking Call Center Representatives to ensure patients receive timely support and a high-quality experience.
Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls throughout the day in a structured call center environment
- Assist patients via phone, chat, and text regarding scheduling, results, and care coordination
- Provide accurate information while maintaining a friendly, patient‑centered approach
- Navigate multiple systems (EMR, MS Office, online tools) with speed and accuracy
Skills
- Two-week in-person New Employee Orientation & Training at our Chandler, AZ corporate office (required)
- Experience in high-volume call center customer service
- Ability to navigate MS Office and web-based programs confidently
- Reliable high-speed home internet and a quiet, dedicated workspace
- Home computer or laptop preferred (equipment purchase options available)
- Call Center: 1 year (Preferred)
