Client Service Associate
Alera Group is one of the largest and fastest-growing independent insurance and financial services firms in the U.S. They are seeking a Client Service Associate to support their Property & Casualty team in delivering accurate and high-quality service to clients, assisting Account Managers with documentation and operational support.
Responsibilities
- Assist Account Managers with client files, certificates, ID cards, and service materials
- Respond to internal and client requests in a timely and professional manner
- Support daily servicing needs to maintain strong client relationships
- Maintain accurate documentation within internal systems
- Process Motor Vehicle Reports (MVRs) and pre-employment screening requests
- Assist with claims tracking and related reporting
- Provide backup support for phones and front desk when needed
- Participate in training and team development sessions
Skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Reliable, accountable, and team-oriented
- Experience in customer service, administrative, or insurance-related roles
- Familiarity with systems such as AMS360
