Operations Support, Global Trade Management
Baker Tilly is a leading advisory, tax and assurance firm, and they are seeking an Operations Support professional for their Global Trade Management team. This role involves supporting various services related to global trade and customs, including preparing SOWs, special projects, and research, while building a foundation in client service and project management.
Responsibilities
- Gain hands-on experience in global trade, customs, and tariff advisory
- Support client engagements through research, analysis, and project execution
- Participate in structured training and development programs
- Learn directly from experienced managers and partners with deep technical expertise
- Build foundational skills in project management and client service
Skills
- 4-year degree
- 1 year professional experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field required
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with various levels of client personnel
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships
- Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Experience supporting or creating Statements of Work (SOWs)
- Involvement in professional or student organizations
