In this pivotal role, you will spearhead innovative marketing initiatives to accelerate company growth, optimize digital channels, and elevate our brand presence across multiple platforms and multiple locations across the US. Your expertise will drive data-driven decision-making, enhance customer acquisition strategies, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic marketing executive passionate about scaling brands through cutting-edge growth tactics and performance marketing excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies that align with company objectives, focusing on scalable customer acquisition and retention for multiple locations (100+).
  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement integrated campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Utilize advanced SEO tools and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs to identify opportunities for organic growth and optimize search engine rankings.
  • Oversee paid advertising campaigns using Google Ads (AdWords), Facebook Advertising, and other digital ad platforms to maximize ROI and performance marketing outcomes.
  • Drive conversion optimization initiatives by analyzing user behavior, conducting A/B testing, and refining landing pages using tools like Adobe Photoshop, WordPress, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Manage content creation efforts including copywriting, graphic design
  • Implement marketing automation workflows to nurture leads effectively for multiple locations while tracking campaign performance through detailed analytics reports.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in digital marketing, B2B marketing strategies, e-commerce growth tactics, and emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in leading high-impact growth marketing teams within fast-paced environments.
  • Deep expertise in SEO tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs; proficiency in Google Analytics and Google AdWords (Ads) for campaign management.
  • Strong knowledge of conversion optimization techniques, A/B testing methodologies, and performance marketing best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with social media management platforms including Facebook Business Manager; adept at social media advertising strategies.
  • Technical skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL for website optimization and data analysis purposes.
  • Proficiency with Hubspot preferred.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and automation tools to execute targeted campaigns effectively.
  • Excellent copywriting skills coupled with a keen eye for graphic design principles to craft compelling digital content.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets to inform strategic decisions; strong understanding of analytics tools related to digital performance measurement.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per hour Benefits:
