Contract Legal Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Role Overview This is a 2-3 month contract-to-hire position with opportunity to go permanent. The role is fully remote but requires commuting distance to one of the office locations. The Contract Legal TA Coordinator will be an essential member of a national recruiting team, supporting the growth of a designated practice group across all levels of lawyer hiring.
What You Will Do
Assists and coordinates all activities related to the full life cycle of a lateral candidate, including creating job requisitions and postings, maintaining candidate files, coordinating interview schedules, compiling candidate feedback, and preparing standard offer letters. Why It Might Be a Fit Must be able to work flexible/additional hours periodically as needed. Must be a team player with a self-starter attitude. Must have hands-on experience in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and Workday.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Legal recruiting or similar environment
- Hands-on experience in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and Workday
- Outstanding communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable learning and working in new recruiting/HR software platforms
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong multi-tasking, organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Meticulous attention to detail
