- Assess patients' mental health needs through thorough evaluations and screenings to develop effective treatment plans.

Offer short-term individual counseling and crisis intervention for a variety of concerns.

Lead therapy groups and workshops focused on topics that enhance patient well-being and personal development.

Collaborate with departments within the clinic, including medical teams and community organizations, to ensure well-rounded patient care.

Participate in outreach and prevention efforts, including mental health awareness campaigns and community wellness events.

Keep accurate and confidential records in line with ethical and legal standards.
- Your Qualifications
- You hold an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

You possess a Master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

You have a solid understanding of the mental health challenges that hospital patients face.

Your communication and interpersonal skills are excellent, enabling you to engage effectively with patients and collaborate with a diverse medical community.

You are knowledgeable about evidence-based practices and brief therapy models appropriate for a counseling center.
