Overview

Responsible for identifying , analyzing, and optimizing operational processes within the organization to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity. Uses data-driven methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement tools to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and improve overall performance. Works closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement process enhancements, monitor outcomes, and ensure the sustainability of improvements. Education Bach el or 's degree REQUIRED Master's degree preferred Certification/License: Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt (LSSBB) highly preferred Experience 5 years of p rocess improvement or healthcare management REQUIRED Health plan experience highly preferred Sentara Health Plans provides health plan coverage to close to one million members in Virginia.
