Set Close Scale is a trusted partner for digital products , info brands , courses , coaches , & consultants wanting to outsource their sales process effectively and reliably. Role Description Part-time remote role (20+ hours / Wk) for both Closers, and Appointment Setters, based online. Team members will engage with potential Clients and warm leads (mostly based on the Americas, or EU timezones), schedule and conduct Sales Calls & appointments, manage Customer inquiries, and focus on successful Deal closures. The role requires clear Communication and exceptional Customer service to ensure a seamless sales process and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Articulate Communication skills (in English) to connect effectively with clients & team members. Closing deals; proficient in achieving high-ticket sales goals. Explaining product details and features to clients Understanding of contractual processes and expertise in deal closure strategies. Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment. Sales Experience or work history in related roles is strongly preferred. If you speak another big relevant Global Language, it's a bonus (eg: Chinese, Spanish, Arabic) Customer service experience; managing client relationships.
