Senior Travel Consultant - Remote

Corporate Travel Consultant – Day Shift – Remote World Travel Service is looking for an experienced corporate travel agent to assist us with servicing clients during our daytime hours during the week, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will have experience booking domestic and international travel via phone calls. Strong work ethic, positive attitude, solid communication skills, and the ability to work with little supervision will be necessary to be successful in this role. Prior Sabre knowledge is strongly preferred. The position is 100% virtual. What you will be doing:

• Taking calls from travelers and Travel Managers to assist with travel requests
• Talk to teammates and travelers to help solve problems
• Build relationships with coworkers and clients
• Dig into new things, you love learning and want to know how things work
• Work on multiple things at the same time, multi-tasking is your middle name
• Help travelers get out of crisis
• Assisting with a broad range of projects

What tools you need in your toolbox:

• Sabre GDS Experience is a must!
• Knowledge of MS Office 365 applications
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Problem solving with minimal inputs
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to project a positive attitude
• Detailed organizational skills
• Strong work ethic
• High level of professionalism
• Able to work from home

The hourly pay range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Corporate Travel Consultant is between $20.00 and $28.00 per hour.
