The Software Development Intern role provides an entry‑level opportunity to contribute to the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software solutions while working under the guidance of experienced engineers and technical leads. In this role, the intern supports assigned development efforts by implementing code, participating in code reviews, contributing to documentation, and assisting with problem analysis and resolution. The position emphasizes professional growth through hands‑on experience with modern development practices, collaborative teamwork, and exposure to Agile and DevSecOps principles, all while supporting technology solutions that further the mission of the Church with purpose, integrity, and accountability. Work Schedule: This is a 40 hour per week internship that is expected to last approximately 4 months. Normal office hours are between 8:00 am-5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. The offices are located in Riverton, UT. For those living along the Wasatch Front, this position will be in office one day per week, working from home the other 4.
