CNC PROGRAMMER

We are seeking a CNC Programmer with strong Mastercam experience to support production of composite and tooling parts. This is a hands-on programming role focused on generating reliable toolpaths for 3-axis CNC machines. The role is production-driven. The priority is accuracy, efficiency, and the ability to take existing geometry and turn it into clean, machine-ready programs.

Responsibilities

Program CNC toolpaths using Mastercam (3-axis) Work with both 2D and 3D geometry to generate machining strategies Create and optimize toolpaths including: 2D pocketing and contouring 3D roughing Scallop finishing Set appropriate speeds and feeds for common tooling and materials Review and clean up CAD files prior to programming Output machine-ready code and verify toolpaths before production Communicate with machine operators to ensure successful execution Skill Proven experience with Mastercam (3-axis machining) Strong understanding of: 2D and 3D toolpath strategies Feeds, speeds, and cutting parameters Ability to work in inches (imperial units) Experience preparing files for CNC machining Basic English communication (sufficient for training and coordination) Preferred (Nice to Have) Experience operating CNC machines Familiarity with Rhinoceros 3D (for minor file edits and geometry prep) Experience with VCarve (can be trained if needed) Basic 3D modeling or CAD experience Work Style Production-focused, repeatable workflows You will receive files and generate toolpaths with minimal back-and-forth Must be detail-oriented and consistent Ability to troubleshoot and adjust programs as needed Training Some onboarding and guidance provided VCarve and internal processes can be trained Strong Mastercam foundation is required from day one #SolvoGlobal #LI-PROMOTED #LI-Remote \n \n$1,500 - $1,500 a month \n Apply To This Job
