About the Role: Join our team as a Theme Park Vacation Coordinator, assisting families and travelers who are planning theme park vacations while working remotely. In this role, you will support clients as they organize travel plans that include theme park visits, accommodations, and activities designed to create memorable vacation experiences. Your focus will be on coordinating travel arrangements, organizing itineraries, and ensuring that all reservation details are clearly documented and easy for clients to follow. As a Theme Park Vacation Coordinator, you will help clients review park ticket options, accommodations, transportation arrangements, and daily planning considerations. Many theme park vacations involve multiple reservations and scheduled experiences, so attention to detail and organization are essential. You will assist clients by organizing travel timelines, confirming bookings, and maintaining accurate documentation so travelers feel prepared before their departure. Clear communication is important throughout the planning process. Clients rely on accurate information about schedules, reservations, and travel details. You will help ensure that all confirmations are organized and that itinerary details are communicated clearly. This position is fully remote and well suited for individuals who enjoy helping families plan structured vacations while maintaining organized workflows. Training is available for all new hires to ensure familiarity with planning systems, reservation documentation, and the coordination process used to organize theme park travel experiences.
