Lead Designer + Content Creator
I'm searching for a lead designer for my content marketing agency. You will work closely with myself (the founder) and our content manager. Together, we will form a 3-person team of experts who care deeply about our craft, embed ourselves into our client's brands and teams, and upgrade their marketing. This person should live and breathe design. I am looking for someone with a modern touch, a knowledge of what's trending vs. timeless, and who refuses to settle for surface-level. I don't have any design skills personally, so I need this person to be comfortable leading the design portion of our agency and taking full ownership and initiative over how we improve engagement and our client's brands visually. Requirements and deliverables: - Graphic design experience for both Instagram and email - Reel / TikTok creation and video editing skills - Great communication skills (this will be client-facing) - Attention to detail - Ability to follow workflows and hit deadlines every time - Passion and love for the work (: The role is roughly 50 hours per month for now, with the potential to grow quickly.
