About the Company

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner who brings deep Business Analysis expertise and proven team‑management experience. This role requires someone who can translate business needs into actionable product direction, guide cross‑functional teams, and ensure delivery of high‑quality solutions that align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership

  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring clarity, alignment, and business value.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, validate needs, and manage expectations.
  • Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release planning activities.
  • Ensure product increments meet acceptance criteria and deliver measurable value.

Business Analysis

  • Conduct detailed requirement analysis, process mapping, and gap assessments.
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions with business and technical teams.
  • Support solution design by partnering with architects, developers, and QA teams.
  • Perform impact analysis for new features, enhancements, and system changes.

Team & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead and mentor BA teams or cross‑functional squads as needed.
  • Coordinate with engineering, QA, UX, and business partners to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Resolve conflicts, remove blockers, and maintain team focus on priorities.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and decisions to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Foster a collaborative, high‑performance team culture.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience as a

Product Owner , Business Analyst , or hybrid role.

  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Demonstrated experience managing or leading teams.
  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills.
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into actionable requirements.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
