Description Location: Remote Job Overview: Are you passionate about managing and overseeing the development of immersive virtual reality game projects? Do you have a strong background in project management or as a Game Producer? Join our team at DLVR. and help us shape the future of VR gaming. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and leading the development of new VR game projects, including our #1 multiplayer all-in-one VR sports game, BIG BALLERS VR along with our secret new game. You'll work closely with a small high performance team to ensure the successful delivery of engaging and innovative gameplay experiences. This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that are redefining the boundaries of virtual reality gaming. Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the development of new game projects, including gameplay mechanics, features, and optimizations for BIG BALLERS VR
• Work with developers and designers to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and requirements
• Conduct regular project meetings and provide updates on progress, risks, and issues
• Ensure quality assurance and testing processes are implemented to deliver a smooth gameplay experience in VR
• Stay informed on the latest trends and technologies in VR gaming to enhance project outcomes
• Continuous market research to stay ahead of the curve

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Game Development, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in project management within the game development industry
• Strong understanding of game development processes and best practices
• Knowledge of VR development and optimization
• Experience with multiplayer game development and networking
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Some programming experience or Unity development experience is preferred
