This is a stable, full-time customer service position, not telemarketing, cold calling, or gig work. Agents provide real customer support for businesses across the United States and Canada. Responsibilities

  • Professionally answer incoming calls for a variety of businesses
  • Take accurate messages and relay information clearly
  • Assist callers with empathy and professionalism
  • Enter information into company systems while speaking with callers
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
  • Help create a positive experience for every caller

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Communicate clearly and professionally
  • Friendly, polished phone presence
  • Dependable and punctual
  • Strong spelling and typing skills
  • Comfortable multitasking while handling calls
  • Enjoy working as part of a team
  • Meet work-from-home requirements, including: A separate, quiet workspace free from noises and distractions
  • High-speed wired internet connection (no Wi-Fi)
  • Flexible and able to work the required schedule
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Nice-to-haves

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
  • Previous call center or answering service experience is a plus
