Summary

Instructional Designer – Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Experience Required JPW Consulting is a premier training and change management firm seeking a highly experienced Instructional Designer to join our Learning & Development team. JPW helps clients navigate change and maximize employee performance through 20 years of best practices in innovative training programs, digital learning, and change management. Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM is required. Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct needs analysis and business and system discovery
  • Create learning plans and course outlines based on client goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gain deep understanding of topics and to identify target audience’s training needs
  • Design compelling and engaging course curriculum
  • Apply tested instructional design theories, practice, and methods
  • Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process
  • Develop training content including facilitator guides, participant guides, job aids, user guides, role-play activities, and knowledge assessments
  • Perform system and documentation testing to ensure accuracy
  • Maintain project documentation and course folders

Ideal Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Instructional Design and Development
  • High-level experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Proven ability to apply adult learning principles and incorporate them into curriculum design and development
  • Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
  • Ability to learn new products quickly and creatively translate your knowledge into real-world learning scenarios
  • Ability to drive the end-to-end content design, development, and maintenance process
  • Experience working with SMEs and Stakeholders
  • Technical writing and system training experience
  • Flexibility and ability to work independently on required project tasks
  • Availability during eastern time business hours
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Certifications and/or Advanced Degrees in Instructional Design

Preferred:

  • Business and professional industry writing experience
  • Requirement – Advanced Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
