Job Description

As a Customer Experience Representative, you’ll be the frontline voice of arenaflex, ensuring our valued cardmembers receive exceptional service. You’ll handle inquiries, provide solutions, and enhance the overall customer experience with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
