Sales Development Representative

LOCATION: Anywhere in continental US (preference for areas where Eide Bailly has business development support) WORK OPTIONS: Remote Typical Day in the Life A Sales Development Representative agt Eide Bailly specializes in advisory selling. Performs prospecting, lead qualification and coordination of lead generation activities that support Eide Bailly Technology Consulting objectives and growth goals. The ideal candidate: Demonstrates high level product and consulting services knowledge of our solution offerings as well as continuously developing sales skills. Understands target audience including industry knowledge and key business challenges that Eide Bailly can address. Effectively researches to uncover valuable information about prospects that will have high impact on lead qualifications. Work with Tech Consulting teams to develop and execute the best outreach strategy for new and existing clients. Improve processes and increase efficiencies for the sales organization. Collaborate with marketing and sales on lead quality and conversion. Identify and create new qualified sales opportunities from inbound leads and target lists. Effectively manage different target lists and talk tracks across teams within Tech Consulting. Effectively execute sales touch points across outreach channels and maintain cadences for each target list. The expectation is to schedule 10 meetings, run 10 meetings and progress 2 opportunities past the initial discovery call each month. Knowledge and Skills Well-rounded knowledge of tools such as Dynamics 365, ZoomInfo and more to manage pipeline and develop analysis to for effective outreach. Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally. Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and clients. Ability to assess and improve outreach strategy to boost conversion rates. Proficient with Microsoft Office. Who You Are Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field. You have prior experience working with CRM applications and cloud-based software. You have prior experience selling in a professional selling environment You have prior experience working in a technology environment. You have the ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing. Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future. Benefits and Compensation Our compensation philosophy emphasizes competitive and equitable pay. Eide Bailly complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges. Final compensation decisions are dependent upon factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and internal equity. Anticipated base salary: $70,000 - $90,000 with performance-based incentives.
