Partnerships Program Specialist (Contractor to Full-Time Employee after 2 months) Contractor Work Hours: Must be able to commit to working 40 hours a week DURING veterinary clinic business hours (8am-6pm CT) Monday - Friday. What You’ll Do The Partnerships Program Specialist plays a vital role in supporting and executing partnership initiatives to drive growth and value for the organization. Reporting to the Director of Partnerships, this role focuses on coordinating and implementing partnership programs, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with strategic goals. The Partner Programs Specialist is responsible for providing accurate information about the company and its services. The specialist is required to keep accurate records of all time spent on calls, as well as customer related questions or assistance. All phone calls will be recorded. Who You Are 1-2 years sales experience, SaaS preferred Experience working in the veterinary space Highly motivated with a strong sense of ambition, self-discipline, and a commitment to both personal and professional development. Duties and responsibilities include: Engage with customers/prospects via phone, email and messaging to generate sales. Leveraging various platforms and tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, Chorus, Chili Piper, and more Make a minimum of 40 outbound calls per day along with sending emails to Veterinarians introducing to them the value of Otto Meet and exceed monthly goals Work with multiple internal teams to ensure that the customer experience is seamless Apply To This Job
