The Head of Operational Risk – Retail Banking & Operations is responsible for leading the Operation& Retail Banking operational risk agenda, ensuring the effective design, implementation, and oversight of the Operational Risk & Resilience framework across Operations and all Retail Banking products, channels, and customer journeys.
