Microsoft 365 Data Annotation Specialist | $30/hr Remote

Position: Microsoft 365 Specialist Type: Hourly contract Compensation: $20 - $30/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10 40 hours/week Role Responsibilities

• Develop and refine prompts for Microsoft 365 applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, and Teams.
• Evaluate and annotate model outputs and artifacts to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define evaluation criteria and improve processes.
• Maintain detailed documentation of prompt iterations and evaluation workflows.
• Analyze data labeling trends and provide actionable feedback for model improvement.
• Communicate findings clearly through written reports and verbal presentations.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy standards and quality assurance protocols.

Requirements

• Strong experience using Microsoft 365 applications across multiple tools.
• Proven experience in data labeling, prompt engineering, or evaluation workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills in assessing digital artifacts and structured outputs.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Familiarity with data privacy, quality assurance, and validation processes.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
