Position Overview

We are hiring full-time Inbound Phone Customer Service Representatives to join reputed company reporting to a Supervisor, Customer Experience. Your Key Responsibilities

As an Inbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the voice of our company to customers across the nation. Your daily activities will include:

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED accepted).
• At least one (1) year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to commute reliably to our facility from your home location.

• Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs simultaneously.
