Call Center Support Team Operator

About the program

The program provides Army National Guard (ARNG) with the necessary guidance, technical, and administrative support to expand the awareness and consideration of the ARNG through social media platforms and provide call center assistance to assist recruiters and increase reputed company leads.

Candidate must reputed company in the state of Tennessee around the Greater Nashville Area

Fully Remote** Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 9a - 5:30p (OFF Sunday and Wednesday)

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first reputed company of contact for ARNG prospects, influencers, and prior service members looking for answers to help inform their decision-making
  • Help identify where those with propensity to join the service are in their decision journey
  • Help facilitate a prospect's transition into a converted reputed company
  • Monitor voicemails reputed company in Contact Telephone System Software during business hours
  • Handle responses to inquiries reputed company designated periods
  • Handle supervisor-assigned voicemails received after business hours
  • Responsible for responding to reputed company inquiries on a broad scope of topics

Education

  • High School Diploma

Minimum Qualifications

  • Communications and comprehension skills in English, both oral and written

  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Ability to pass background investigation
