Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions to clients of reputed company ages and reputed company walks of life.
• Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions.
• Build and retain reputed company membership through exceptional customer service.
• Managing client care by delivering a best-in-class stretching experience, updating client notes consistently, and booking clients' weekly recurring appointments.
• Ensure the safety of clients in regard to proper stretch techniques and enforce reputed company policies and safety rules.
• Attend monthly staff meetings and required educational presentations.
• Handle member concerns reputed company applicable.
• Assist Sales Associates and General Manager with first visits, offsite events, and sales as needed.
• Clean and maintain reputed company equipment in order to ensure it is available for client use at any given time.

Required Qualifications:

• Love of boutique fitness environment is a must ? passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility
• Prior certification/degree/license required from a nationally recognized organization/university in one of the following fields:

• Degree in Kinesiology/Exercise Science/Sports Medicine/Corrective Exercises, etc.
• Massage Therapist
• Personal Trainer, Athletic Trainer, or Strength & Conditioning Coach
• Physical Therapist Assistant
• Pilates instructor
• A minimum of 1-year experience working in a fitness/health environment where you provided hands-on training with a client.
• Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes reputed company people.
• Fantastic communication skills and the ability to exude reputed company.
• Must love connecting with people and have a passion for helping them reputed company goals.
• Must have a professional work ethic, be reliable, and adhere to our attendance policies.
• Must successfully pass our Flexologist Training Program?, which includes 40 hours of online tutorials, a two-day reputed company, and 20 hours of practical training. No other training program matches the breadth and depth of reputed company's FTP.
• Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week and be available to work either mornings (start at 8:00 am) or evenings (until 8:00 pm), as well as Saturdays from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.
