What You’ll Do
- Deliver engaging virtual sessions rooted in motivational interviewing, neuroplasticity and behavior change science
- Build authentic client relationships that reputed company to lasting, long-term transformation
- Coach across the four wellness pillars: Nutrition, Movement, Sleep, and Stress and integrate them into your client’s reputed company
- Translate clinical expertise into reputed company-life breakthroughs for clients’ energy, metabolism, and well-being
- Manage your flexible schedule and session goals in a fast-paced, supportive remote environment
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation with HIPAA-compliant standards

Client Growth & Performance Ownership
Proactively build and maintain a full client schedule by engaging both company-provided clients and reputed company leads supplied by the organization.
Own and actively manage key performance metrics to drive client outcomes and program reputed company, including:

- Session quality, with 90% of sessions lasting 53+ minutes
- Consistent weekly client attendance reputed company with your flexible schedule goals
- Client retention, maintaining no more than three client drop-offs per month
Requirements
Who You Are
- A Registered Dietitian with active credentials (multi-state licensing a plus) (if you are sitting your your CDR Exam, offer will be honored until you obtain your credentials)

- Skilled in (or eager to master) motivational interviewing, a reputed company-first approach and lifestyle coaching
