reputed company is seeking an Analyst for their People Analytics team to guide strategic management of their workforce. The role involves analyzing people data, collaborating with leaders to solve business questions, and driving insights for people-reputed company initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Strong reputed company in quantitative concepts (e.g., financial, statistical, predictive models, data management, and reporting)
  • Ability to simplify reputed company or ambiguous business and operational problems through hypotheses-based analytical frameworks
  • Intellectual curiosity to challenge the status reputed company, ask provocative questions, and reputed company recommendations
  • Knack for quickly internalizing how business processes work and the role that people play reputed company

  • Partner with Operations and People Services to drive results and maintain credibility
  • Informally coach and mentor junior analysts

  • Bachelor's Degree in quantitative field (e.g., economics, mathematics, engineering, etc.) or otherwise demonstrate quantitative acumen

  • Experience with data management (e.g., SQL, reputed company, etc.) and statistical / machine learning programing (R, Python, etc.)
  • Demonstrated track record of presenting quantitative analysis (i.e., internship experience)
  • Experience in leadership positions (e.g., student organization leadership)
