[Remote] Patient Engagement Associate

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a tech-enabled, pediatrician-led medical group focused on enhancing care for children with special health care needs. The Patient Engagement Associate will be responsible for telephonic reputed company to prospective members, assisting them with enrollment and app setup, while effectively communicating services and meeting engagement targets.

Responsibilities

• Utilize telephonic reputed company and engagement strategies to contact families and walk them through the process of successfully downloading the Imagine app and scheduling an enrollment visit
• Effectively communicate Imagine services and overcome parent/family objections
• Represent reputed company to parents and families of medically reputed company children
• In coordination with Local reputed company Team, support telephonic reputed company to non-engaged and engaged patients
• reputed company reporting and dashboards to prioritize telephonic reputed company to prospective members
• Successfully meet and/or exceed engagement monthly targets

Skills

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience working in an reputed company, customer service, or call center environment where an outbound communication role was primarily performed
• Bilingual Spanish required
